Jess became part of the Hunter Podiatry team back in 2013 . Jess developed a keen interest in Podiatry after developing foot related injuries training 12 hours a week as a developing netball player. Jess decided to pursue a career as a podiatrist after experiencing first hand how Podiatry intervention could change and enhance athletic performance; Being the only therapeutic intervention allowing her to train at an elite level, pain free, for the first time in 3 years and gaining selection in the u17 NSW netball team. She a studied Podiatry part time through the University of Newcastle whilst working at Hunter Podiatry as a Podiatry assistant

Due to her personal experience with podiatry intervention Jess holds particular interest in the education and management of young athletes to keep them primed and ready for competition and to ensure they are able to achieve their aspirations.
With a natural desire to help people of all ages, Jess aims to assist people in all areas of Podiatry with an end goal of keeping people pain free and comfortable on their feet.

Away from the clinic Jess loves spending time with her family, enjoying home life and enjoys keeping an active life style by spending time at the gym and trying to out run Belle, the family Kelpie.
