Kristen’s love for health and fitness began in her teenage years during full time classical ballet training in Sydney. After sustaining a foot injury, she developed a passion for lower limb health care, which led her into the profession of Podiatry. This experience has made Kristen a compassionate and dedicated professional who strives to help patients achieve their lower limb health goals with a strong focus on prevention.

After completing a Bachelor of Podiatry at the University of Newcastle in 2014, she has since developed her podiatric skills in a multidisciplinary setting. Her career highlights thus far have been assisting a podiatric surgeon in surgery, as well as performing gait analysis/injury screening for the Penrith Panthers NRL team and Western Sydney Academy of Sport.

Outside of work, Kristen loves HIIT workouts at the gym, getting out in nature, reading, going to live music and searching for the best coffee spot in town (so if you’ve found a top contender, do share!)
